The Intro …
What a crazy month June was. The World Cup was in full swing and the profits soared in. It was my first World Cup and I wasn’t to sure what to expect, but my goodness was it a good one.
A year ago today I wouldn’t have dreamt of this much betting profit being generated but here we are.
Oh and I went on Canel Boating trip with some mates on the first weekend of the World Cup, so I defo missed out on about an extra £300 I reckon.
Lets get into it!
June 2021: Strategy 1 – Bet and Gets
It looks like this was the month Unibet decided to stop doing the bet and get offer.
All I can see on my sheet are Betfair, Paddy Power and Betway. At this stage bet and gets is probably around 5% of the betting profit.
June 2021: Strategy 2 – Each way arbing
Looking back through the stats for the month I don’t think I did any each way arbing. I was busy either on the lads long weekend or doing other strategies to boost the betting profit for the month.
June 2021: Strategy 3 – Sign up offers
A few more sign ups were done this month which added to the betting profit.
June 2021: Strategy 4 – Price Boosts
Paddy Power and William Hill were decent for the price boosts during the World Cup. Skybet was pretty decent as well.
I’m going to estimate around 30 – 40% of the betting profit was made from price boosts.
June 2021: Strategy 5 – Dutching
Ok so the dutching strategy was in full swing. I managed to make most of the betting profit from this strategy.
In terms of account longevity, I lost only one of the bookmakers at the end of the month, so I was pretty impressed with this!
For the specific dutching strategy I won’t put here in detail as it is something I still use. What I will say though is I kind of put two and two together after reading the outplayed arbing and boost threads in the forumn. I would go back to Jan 2021 and read through all the posts and see if you can come up with the same idea I had. Hopefully that kind vague, but also kinda specific post will allow you to figure it out as well!
Conclusion

For the month of June 2021 a betting total of £4,371.04 was made.
The Betting Total from the starting point of 17th June 2023 is £22,386.32
I have been blown away at this crazy year. The betting total kept getting higher and higher every month.
It was pretty cool to finally tell my mates that something was working.
Interesting story, I was walking to the car services garage to pick up my car late afternoon, and I bumped into a mate who was cycling the other way back from work. We hadn’t seen each other in ages, not since I quit being an electrician. And we got chatting and I showed him the matched betting spreadsheet, he was blown away!
From that discussion he signed up and did all the sign up offers after that, which was pretty cool that my story inspired him. One thing though is he didn’t continue it, and that’s fine too. I think you have got to have a passion for this as I hope you can gather from these betting reports. I love focusing on matched betting so I put a lot of effort into finding the strategies to boost the profits!
