So for the second month with no job, I’m pretty sure at this stage I decided to go all in with matched betting.
Lets get into it!
Personal stats are the same as last month. The new pet is a nice addition to the stats!
December 2020: Week 1
The start of a new strategy
The strategies I had been using up till now was bet and gets. This is where you place a qualifying bet to get a free bet, hence bet and get.
After doing a bit of YouTubing I can across this channel, which taught me about a new strategy. Each Way Arbing.
You can find a full breakdown of the strategy here, but in short, there is a way to arb a bookmaker on the place market. I don’t recommend this strategy now, but it was worth a shot back then.
December 2020: Week 2
Now the betting total gets a bit interesting here as you can see the Each Way Arbing was doing pretty well. It’s a shame in about a months time a lot of accounts would get gubbed and restricted, but in that short period it boosted the betting total.
December 2020: Week 3
Pretty much doing the bet and gets, plus the each way arbing.
December 2020: Week 4 & 5
It’s quite crazy how one strategy can increase the betting total. Each way arbing gave a big boost to the total as you can see here.
Conclusion
For the last month of 2020 let’s see what the betting total was.
For the month of December 2020 a betting total of £1,322.57 was made.
The Betting Total from the starting point of 17th June 2023 is £4,367.59
Well the last 2 months on my own really got flying.
I was pretty chuffed that the second month beat my minimum wage job. Yes it only beat minimum wage, but for me this was awesome!
